That's why we're so proud to receive and celebrate the recent Star Ratings results from the Department of Social Services, that cement Castle as one of the leading Disability Employment Service providers in Newcastle, the Hunter and Central Coast.
For the quarter ending December 2021, Castle achieved a maximum rating of 5 stars for each region that we service, Lower Hunter, Hunter and Central Coast, ranking us in either 1st or 2nd for the two Disability Employment Service (DES) contracts we deliver.
The Star Ratings provide an indicator of DES Providers’ relative performance, based on their success in placing participants in sustainable employment and allow for direct comparison of providers across the country.
This incredible achievement by our Employment Services teams, is a result of their unwavering focus on outcomes and support for our participants during a challenging period of COVID outbreaks and lockdowns in workplaces and within our community.
Assisting people with disabilities achieve their goals – feeling part of and contributing to their community – is life-changing. We never take that for granted.
