Chloe - Ability Coach

One of our newest Ability Coaches, Chloe, has been supporting people with disabilities maximise to their independence for 8 years.

She enjoys seeing the progress her participants are making in working towards their goals, and looks forward to opening up a world of possibilities through group and individual sessions.
