Have you just finished school and are wondering... what's next? Our School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) program can help you build your skills, explore your options and achieve your personal career goals.

So how can Castle help me? 

1. Our experienced team will take the time to listen to you, understand your needs, and help you define your employment goals. We will work with you to navigate your options and develop your skills so you are ready to work.

2. Our NDIS programs cover everything from transport training to social skills, helping you gain the confidence to participate in the community

3. We can help you access training opportunities, gain qualifications and create a resume that highlights your skills to an employer. With over 30 years of experience connecting local people to local, inclusive workplaces, you know you're in great hands.

4. Our Employment Support Managers will provide ongoing, onsite workplace support to you and your employer, helping you overcome any obstacles you face in your journey.
