Celebrating International Day of People with Disability.

Here at Castle, we are passionate about promoting and raising awareness about disability. It’s what drives us. As nearly half of our staff live with a disability, we are committed to serving our community and supporting them to find a job or live more independently.

As such, we have launched our new campaign ‘Embrace your Otherness’ to empower people with disability to embrace what makes them unique and go after the life they deserve.  

We believe that knowledge and education are our best tools to remove barriers and fight stigma, to create a world where everyone is — and feels — included. 

There is no one alive youer than you, so why fit in when you were born to stand out.

Because we are all different, embracing what makes us unique can mean different things to each of us. Watch some of our team members explain what embracing your otherness means to them as individuals.

Only I walk in my shoes, I choose my own path and the journey is mine. It shapes the person I am and who I want to be.

We can all play a part in initiating change. We encourage everyone to get involved in creating a positive, inclusive society for all.
