Sam: - I'm really gonna nail this.

Interviewer: Can you introduce yourself?

 Sam: G'day, I'm Sam. I am 29 and I have a condition called autism.

Interviewer: Can you describe what it is like having autism?

Sam: Well, it's, well, I'm used to it.

Interviewer: Do you remember your first day at Castle?

Sam: It was back in 2016. I was nervous and I hardly knew anyone back then but now I blend right in.

Interviewer: What are your goals at Castle?

Sam: I wanted to meet new people and get a job, a good job. And then also saving money for a new house one day.

Interviewer: What activities do you participate in at Castle? 

Sam: Well, let me see. I do woodwork on a Wednesday, social day Thursday, Friday music and creative.

Interviewer: Anything you'd like to say about Castle?

Sam: They're great mates. I feel very relaxed to work with the people who I can trust and also be honest with.
